This is a cool venue. We came for a Quinceañera tonight, and there was plenty of room for seating and dancing. There is also kitchen space and restrooms in the facility.

Place itself is beautiful. The patrons and parties they rent too. Annoying. There is no control there. I live across the street. Every weekend it’s a massive party going til after midnight. Police tell them quiet down. Once the cops leave. They start back up. And there is no repercussions to these people. Makes living in such a nice area seem like a huge dump.

Our Laguna Creek Lions Club cooked pancakes etc for Breakfast with the 🐰 bunny today. Everything went well
Only issue with Laguna Town Hall is there is No Parking Lot so Everyone has to try to find a place to park on the street. More challenging when it's raining

Planned an event through CSD to rent out a hall. Had the unpleasant experience of working with Denise, who is located at the Laguna Town Hall. She is in charge of the applications to rent out venues. From the phone encounter to meeting her in person, she was very judgemental and made me feel terrible about the amount of time that I wanted to rent the hall out for. She made snarky judgments and gave unsolicited remarks and opinions, as an attempt to sway me to add more time/money for the event. She is extremely unprofessional, condescending, and unpleasant. She clearly likes to brag on herself and the fact that she's been working here for many years. Overall, Wackford staff that accepted my application earned the 1 star. Once she returned the call, I knew I was in for terrible experience. She made many excuses about her untimely response to reaching out to me. As a professional in event planning, she needs to be trained on the proper etiquette when interacting with the public. Again, talked down on me because of the amount of time that I wanted to plan for. She really needs a refresher on engagement, respect, professionalism, and support with party planning.
