This a pretty small location. The equipment is decent, especially the free weights. Some of the machines are pretty dated but it doesn't need to be pretty to get you strong. Overall, it was pretty clean and pleasant to work out in. The biggest beef for me was that some of the equipment just doesn't really get fixed as far as I've seen. There's some equipment that has been out of commission since I started at the gym seven months ago. Isn't a huge deal but it would be nice. Overall a decent gym.

Update: the stair climber and some other equipment has been fixed. Still a good little gym that isn't overcrowded.

I was completely disgusted by one client who never wiped up after herself after using the equipment-she sweated so much that there were puddles beneath the treadmill and the elliptical machines and she made no attempt at wiping the sweat which was literally pouring off of her face. Totally unhealthy and so completely inconsiderate of your fellow gym members. The staff gets a thumbs down for not insisting that she clean the work space after using it. Common courtesy people. I liked the place itself but I would never become a member there unless their policy changed. That was just gross.

It's pretty disheartening to see a staff trainer with a client work for an hour and not see them clean a single thing afterwards. Considering it's covid times that's not great. On top of just being in general gross. I was even MORE disheartened when that trainer I believe is the owner which is kinda frustrating that the culture is who cares about sterilization. So if you're an older person working out and concerned about covid beware!

The facility is lacking in proper management and access. The phone is always set to voice mail and customer service is inadequate. The machinery and equipment is maintained by the users. This current virus propaganda has resulted in this company attempting to force clients to the adjoining state to use their facilities (strange considering this “world wide virus” is federally hype warning people in America to not go anywhere) and if a company shuts their doors for a health concern- they are voluntarily suggesting clients go to the state five miles away and put themselves at exposure- to continue using snap services. Just to get pro rated or refunded for the duration the location is shut down should be the proper procedure for business. On their side it reflect on refunds and assets loss for recovery in business tax filings for 2020. I’ve been more so financially frustrated with this company franchise branch since becoming a member. I’m quitting once I can get someone on the phone- as they currently shut off their phone carrier.

Never any wifi!!!!! The owner should be paying my data charges! I've personally called him and do you think he fixed it? 3 weeks later and no wifi! Canceling!!! $50 for what? A gym in a storage unit? Not me! Byeeeee snap fitness!!

Went and toured the Clarkston Snap Fitness, the gentleman was very helpful and had exceptional customer service. I'm joining this gym! I've toured Adcope Athletics also, but they were not as friendly.
