We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Japanese products here, especially the kitchen items and ingredients. The staff were well-trained and eager to assist customers, which made our shopping experience even more pleasant. The location is also very convenient.

Donki is great and the Ginza one has a bit more luxurious feel and items, including rolexes and branded wares, alcohol etc, however it is unfortunately popular with tourists that do not have great manners and do not care for other shoppers, so it's loud and crowded

Can enter via the west or south entrances. Two very big levels. Range seemed to be a bit less compared to Mega Don Quijote, but still good enough. Was served by an American Japanese girl who seemed a bit stressed.

Not the best Don Quijote or even the biggest but it was the lowest one to us and it’s easy to navigate because of it being all in one level in a straight line. They have the usual stuff for foreigners and even a surprisingly large selection of LV bags and other second hand high end brands.

There was a long slow line but at least the tax free line was there. They also have so gatchapon’s near the north entrance.

It’s above a supermarket and down the road from a familymart.

Beware of your belongings while in this store. There may be thieves working here targeting tourists, and they do not have any proper security measures in place. I was very surprised that this happened in Japan, of all places.

I left a box from another store unattended on the floor for a few minutes and it was no longer there when I came back. I had at this point already purchased merchandise from this store and given them my business. Searched the entire area up & down while the staff stood around gossiping about my situation in Chinese (rude). While I recognize that I should've been more attentive to my belongings, the staff refused to assist me beyond a single radio message to relay whether anyone had recovered a box. Over the course of 1 unproductive hour, and only at my insistence, I was passed around to multiple staff, and not provided any meaningful help. Refused to even help me file a police report or review CCTV footage, which honestly makes me suspect that either (1) this is a common occurrence at this store, or (2) the staff themselves are doing something suspicious. Either of which is not a good sign.

I would avoid this place at all costs.

The layout are a bit confusing and rather on a small side. I was fortunate enough to go there when there weren’t crowded. Not enough options to choose comparing to the other branches I visited. However, the location was good and it operates until 2am which is nice.
