Great value for money. Good location and really nice and helpful staff. Roppongi station is couple of minutes walk away. Rooms are small as compared to standard hotels but was good enough for us as it was clean and had all the facilities.

Location: Roppongi is a great area to be in, not because of the night life. More of traveling to various part of Tokyo is a breeze. Walking distance to Tokyo tower, Roppongi Hill and a short run to Ginkgo Ave.

Room: Size of room is comfortable for us, a couple. Its slightly bigger than a business hotel i used to stay in Shinjuku.
Amenities provided are really value adding, pics attached. Hotel has a smoking room too. Useful during cold weather.
The wall is quite thin, so you can hear the corridor noise clearly. On our side we are opposite of club, so noise is from the road thru the window. Sleeping is not a problem.

Service: Staff try to help if you need any advices. Eg pillow, i did ask for extra pillow and was offered 2 different firmness. Appreciate their service.

In future, i will definitely look out for this chain or their grand options in Taiwan and Bangkok.

Hotel is comfortable and close to good restaurants, shopping and attractions. The room is standard size for Tokyo. The hotel has coin laundry facility and provide extras (hair straighteners, curlers etc).

Perfect location.
You can leave your bags at Reception before your check-in time (we went very early due to our flights arriving at 7am). The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was really good - if you are expecting a big buffet or a big room, it won't happen but for us it was just perfect.

Great location if you are exploring lower tokyo, Tokyo Tower is close by and so are Meiji Jinju, Shibuya, and Harajuku. Getting around is easy as subway stations are close by. If you are into night life the hotel is situated amongst a lot of clubs.

While the description says complimentary breakfast, it must certainly is not. It also claims to have free wifi, and it does, but it did not work in my room. The walls had black marks on them. But, the bed was comfy and it was quiet, so at least there's that.

Just one small mistake. They don't provide water in this hotel. Usually at other hotel there are 2 bottles of water, even the cheaper one. And the manner of the receptionist is a bit rude by saying you can get the water from vending machine and makes me wait for 5 minutes just to get that answer. Fortunately I stay here just one nite and it is bad experience.

Amazing staff, very helpful, great location. Rooms are on the small side and the area (because it's Roppongi) can be a bit loud but we didn't regret booking here. Will probably rebook when coming back to Japan.
