Charged me 570 for not repairing sunroof. in fact broke another piece of sunroof. Service tech tried to charge me 2500 to fix rattling piece Piece was broke while they were working on it They broke it. Still doesnt operate correctly. i paid the 570 for a worse broken vehicle.They left part of sunroof in back seat. Havent answered call after telling me they would return my call. @ times on failing to call me back with follow up.

Think they Are trying to delay a repair until my warranty expires. I made sure they documented that the issue is preexisting and was present before the expiration of my warranty
Also told me that because I went a couple thousand over on my oil change that I might need to spend a bunch of money replacing the top of the engine..... For an over due oil change?
That's ridiculous. I spent $60,000 dollars on this truck 3 months ago. If it is so fragile that, not getting my oil changed on time, could cause significant and expensive damage, well then maybe that's just ridiculous!!! Id think that a big Ford TRUCK might have some durability especially for the price...
. But it seems they are built to break not built to last and it seems that the goal to avoid, deny and ignore issues until they are beyond the point of free repair, which is still only 30,000 miles.... A very low milage expectation on a 60,000 dollar truck
Why dont they stand behind their product?
Why don't this guarantee the quality of their product.
Ford should give a 100,000 mile included warranty.
I bet then they would make sure that your your truck was built to last

Never had an issue, they are always so quick and clean as well! I’ve taken my vehicles to other places in town and have had greasy/oily hand prints on my car hood and steering wheel. Not with dequeen ford service department!

Out of town working. The water pump went out on my truck on a Saturday. The service department was closed, but the owner was in. He took all my information and set me up for Monday morning. Provided a rental, and on Thursday, I'm back in my truck. Very friendly and helpful people. Highly recommend this outstanding auto group. Thank you all.
