We bought a very nice house in Corona in December of 2020 with help from Sep. This was the third time we worked with him in the past 7 years. As the previous times we were so happy to have him on our side. Just like our first purchase in 2013, and our first sale in May of 2020, he made the process very smooth and enjoyable for my family. This time, of course, was different because of the pandemic and challenges that comes with it, but throughout the process, Sep was still very responsive and quick in making appointments, preparing and submitting additional paperwork needed for house tours due to COVID-19. Once we found the house we liked, he was very persuasive in his negotiations with the seller to get us the best deal. During the process of escrow, he was also very helpful in following up with the seller’s agent to get quick answers regarding a variety of items.
The biggest challenge in the process this time was that we were looking for a new home in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. With the distant of 50 to 70 miles from his office, Sep was committed to be there with us during house tours, and several times after we made the deal, for inspection, walk through and other steps we needed to take, while he didn’t actually need to do so. His cooperation in this regard was very helpful in making the process stress-free and, same as the times before, gave us the peace of mind that we had the best support available to us any time we needed.
He kept us closely in the loop and paid close attention to our concerns and questions, while did not hesitate to bluntly share his professional advice to help us make wise decisions every step of the way.
