We had the best experience with Bob. Here at Ace of Hearts Dog Rescue Nonprofit, the EDD were bring tough on us. Bob was compassionate, helpful, and communicative. Our business was hit with a random EDD audit. We always try and do the right thing, but the regulatory environment is ever changing & you can never be sure how things might come out. I found Bob from reviewing many EDD law firms. I found him to be very professional, informative and I felt I had found someone genuinely interested in the best outcome for my small business. I am happy to report after nearly two years of waiting, much due to Covid, our audit found our company to be in compliance with nothing due; best possible outcome. Mr Robert Schriebman is the best attorney for any EDD issues. I went to him when we were audited and he helped and advised me on what was the best to do. Although the process took some time he was able to get us a settlement that was a fraction of our assessment and he was able to get us on a payment plan with the EDD so we didn’t have to come up with all the money at once. I hope to never have another issue with the EDD again but if I did I would definitely use Mr Schriebman again and I would recommend him to everyone that has a tax issue. Best Tax Lawyer !!!

I cant thank Robert enough for the help he provided me. The EDD was being completely unreasonable with their collection efforts and a friend recommended seeing Robert so I did, he was on the phone with my case worker from the EDD within 15 minutes of my visit and I instantly felt a comfort level and confidence that released a huge burden from me. We went to 2 other lawyers before Robert and they were not able to get any traction with the EDD, so we were skeptical to say the least to find ANOTHER lawyer. Besides, we and didn't want to spend any more. Robert's consultation was thorough and helpful. He knew who to call at the EDD and within a short time he had the enormous amount the EDD was charging reduced to a mere fraction because of his tax knowledge and long time relationships with the folks at the EDD. We wish we had gone directly to him in the beginning! We would have saved so much time and money!! Absolutely worth every penny!

As a client of Mr. Schriebman, I must say that my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, he explained the potential benefits and risks of each option I faced in my dealings with the CA EDD and the IRS. His handling of my case resulted in the CA EDD completely dropping any claims against me, without even having to go through any appeals process. While not as successful, we were able to remove 4 years of claims by the IRS, reducing the amount of their total claim by 90%. While my fight with the IRS continues, there is no doubt in my mind that the outcome could have been much worse if not for Bob's excellent advice. I consider Bob not only a top notch attorney, but also a friend.
