I recently attempted to house a homeless individual through this company and although the individual had stable income and a housing voucher they denied the individual due to lack of rental history but how can someone who is coming out from homelessness have rental history? This didn't seem right. Even after I explained this to them they still did not try to accommodate which really sucks. Please practice better buisness
