Burbank Housing Corporation hired Jan Downey to mediate a problem between myself and another tenant residing above me on 6/16/23. Jan Downey was not interested in hearing why I was upset nor did she listen to what was being said. When I finally received my copy of the mediation agreement to be signed it was inaccurate just over six weeks after mediation. Not prompt at all. I sent a reply asking for the agreement to be corrected reflecting what was agreed upon the very same day 8/1/23. It has been 3 months and several voice mail messages and two emails later and I still do not have the mediation agreement. I have had trouble with the tenant above me for 13 years and Burbank Housing Corporation Management will not do anything to remedy the situation until the agreement is received. This is not good busines nor is it prompt service. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

What a great group of people!!! Everyone at this office was polite, curious, and most importantly helpful. The thought of having to go to court because, my tenants could not be responsible adults, had really stressed me out. However the staff at this office, made everything easy and pleasant. Thank you again!

Had a wonderful experience with a caring team of people! I would defineltly return if I needed mediation again! You can tell the people who work there love what they do and they are there for you, to assist you in anyway possible!
