Terrible job blocking 3 of the 4 handicapped spots at my daughter's high school. There are multiple wheelchair bound children, mine included, that are impacted. Nice to see access to trash is more important than disabled student access to campus.

Whoever was OK with dropping this here should be re-trained.

***EDITED my review less than 24 hours later from 1 star to 5 star. After reaching out to the company they quickly assigned someone the next morning to relocate the dumpster. I found the company to be responsive and professional.****

I am giving 3 stars because they completed the agreed upon work but the overall experience was poor. CVE was recommended to us by the company doing a larger HVAC project so we assumed it would be a good experience. They no-showed our appointment and only sent someone out late after I called multiple times to ask where the technicians were. The work required plastic containments to be placed around doorframes and all vents in the house. The tape that they used stripped the paint from everywhere it was applied around the house when removed. When I asked for CVE to repair the significant damages, I was pointed to the fine print in the contract where they waived liability for damages caused by their containments. Clearly this is a common experience if they felt the need to add it to the fine print. I would expect a serious company to care enough about their customer's experience to take accountability to prevent or repair damages caused by their work.

Francisco and Angel didn’t leave one speck in my garage. Their efforts on asbestos abatement and cleaning was as if their own children live here. Those guys are fierce in the best way. CVE Rohnert Park has my top recommendation.

CVE was an absolute life saver. We had a whole house cross contamination of asbestos due to the negligence of a contractor. Allen and Erika were so accommodating to our tumultuous predicament and were willing to schedule around us. They returned my calls promptly and understood the severity of my concerns and for that I am so grateful.

I have consulted with no less than 6 other abatement companies that paled in comparison to CVE’s service, guarantees, and professionalism.

Allen was so reassuring. I truly do trust that man and his team with my life.

My home was built in 1973 and so has asbestos everywhere, but is also in dire need of repairs. I will be contracting CVE for all further abatement needs.

If you are reading this and need service in the North Bay, do not bother with any other company. I already have and it is time and grief I will never get back. Choose CVE.

Friendly, fair price, thorough, left my house clean. I actually really enjoyed the guys and also had good interactions with the owner. The job ended up being bigger than the contractor had thought (contractor's mistake, not CVE's) but we were able to work through it fairly and efficiently. They did a good job!

Jesus is the best mold remediation specialist that I have ever worked with. This is my second house, so unfortunatly I have been here before. He looks at the whole picture and comes up with an action plan that does wonders. Their price is in the midrange and fair. The first day of treating three floors of back mold, there was an excellent crew of 10. It took almost a week to rid this completely, with testing and a antimicrobial moisture barrier for the subfloors. This will save me money when applying the hardwood floor.
