I dreaded going to the zoning department about a property issue, expecting long wait times and mounds of paperwork. I did not get the names of the ladies (first 2 on the left) who helped me so quickly, but one of them literally chased me out of the building to catch me before I left because she had an even easier solution to my issue than previously thought. I really appreciate their knowledge and friendliness! Mike upstairs with the property appraisers was also fantastic.

I went into their office today to speak with them about some commercial zoning. The woman wouldn't even come out from behind her desk and walk up to the window and speak to me. Horrible customer service.

Great place. I went to register my alarm and the staff was very helpful and took care of me in no time at all. Added bonus: There is a UPS drop off in the entrance of the building.
