Never get called back after leaving multiple voice mails and then the topper was when Marcus told me I was wrong about a voice mail not having that a person was out all week. Which is crazy cause why would I leave a person 2 voice mails on the same day that would plainly say call a different number? When on Friday I called him when it did say call a different number!!! UGH. I maybe a lot of things but a lyer is not one of them. So I cancelled my policy and went with someone else who would RESPECT me. Also told him once I found someone who would beat them on my homeowners insurance even by a penny I would be going with them too. Where has customer service gone these days?
