From a tenant,
The owner was absolutely amazing to work with. Great communication and very professional. However, Courtney Wilson fell short of this. We submitted maintenance claims, nobody came out except for one instance with the boiler. We had a dishwasher that didn’t work for over a month, a shower faucet that would not turn off for a few months, and loose outlets the entire year we lived there. Along with little to no communication from her end. We were charged for a month of rent after we had already moved out because our account was not closed and had to beg for our money back as we are military and were in the midst of a PCS. We also had to beg for our security deposit back. After asking her about it a month after we had moved, August 30th, she blatantly ignored us for over a week. She did not send it until Sept. 6 (you can’t lie about a postmarked date). She also lied to the owner saying she sent us our move out statement and an invoice. That never happened.
Overall I feel property owners should be made aware of her lack of communication, proactivity and professionalism. I am personally shocked at this whole thing and looking back am so thankful we got out of there, please be aware.
