Had the pleasure of working with Teresa Jervis, she is amazing and will do everything she can to provide you with your dream home. We had a issue with the bank we were going through and they denied us last minute, As we were in a time crunch and moving out of our apartment Teresa reached into her contacts to help us find a lender to be able to help us purchase our home. If it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t be in our dream home Thank you so very much for all your help and caring for local families if you get the opportunity to work with her definitely take it we are forever greatful.

10/10 Recommend, they were so helpful and beyond outstanding, they will advocate for you and put your best interests at heart. I was taken care of and supported throughout the entire process and never once was disappointed, worried or upset with them. Larry and Jacque were excellent! No complaints! Got us a new house and sold our old house. Everyone at the company really worked well together as team. And it’s just the little things that really mean so much. Jacque brings snacks to the house viewings and I eat keto so she went out of her way to bring keto snacks! lol that’s a very sweet and personal thing to do. they have a moving van they let clients use. It may seem like a little thing but it’s crazy how much that helped and meant to us. I don’t usually leave reviews but these guys deserve it! You will not regret using them!

I think Jacque and Larry should be the nationwide poster children for how to be a realtor. They are a fantastic team that absolutely goes above and beyond to make selling a home painless. And they complement each other well - Jacque will be your personal cheerleader throughout the process, keeping you up to date on each step in a timely fashion and genuinely being excited for you. She never makes you feel like you're taking too much of her time, as busy as she is. Larry will answer any question you have in-depth. He'll show you facts and figures and will make suggestions based on copious amounts of research and data, but you will never feel like he's making decisions for you. He just wants you to make as informed a decision as possible. As a team, they offer suggestions to help make your house an appealing option for buyers, host open houses, and do an incredible job with the photographs they post on every conceivable home search site. There is nobody else in the Valley that I'd use to sell or buy a house.

Larry and Jacque are Amazing! My husband and I were very picky when it came to finding a house. They stuck it out with us for almost a year looking. We looked at over a dozen houses, they were super quick to respond and get us access to the houses we wanted to see. Their experience and knowledge also kept us from buying a few duds. Thank goodness! Will totally hire them again when we eventually sell. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home!
