What a bunch of do-nothings. When you hire an accounting and bookkeeping service, they have responsibility to do the work that you instruct them to do. Managing someone’s finances is an important task. I thought everything had been going smoothly and I paid them to do my year-end taxes and I thought I was being charged for monthly reconciling. I called and one day to get my Quickbooks info and they didn’t have written down. Days later I found out that the person who had been doing my bookkeeping had quit months before. Eventually they recovered my QuickBooks information but strangely enough, the audit log was empty. I can’t believe I used this business. What an absolute disappointment. Every time I drive past the building I get it disgusted feeling in my throat.

EDIT 3/16/2024: it turns out they never finished filing my taxes last year. I went on the IRS website to get a transcript for the new accountant and it said “NO RECORD” in the 2022 category so that was a surprise. I hope to never speak to or think about this business again. Avoid!
