I went here for about four months and had four cancellations from my therapist. Then I cancel because I'm sick and I get charged 75 dollars which overdrafted my account since it came two months after the fact. They tell you not to come in when you are sick then charge you for it. I try to call them to talk with them and get yelled at. Never in my life have I been yelled at by a doctor's office staff. They rarely ever answer the phone and never call back. I won't ever return or recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service goes a long way for me. Once I see that an office is willing to sacrifice clients over staff it's time to go. This office should pay attention when there is a legitimate complaint being made. That nice nasty attitdue front desk clerk is definitely the problem. Now they've lost three clients. I'd take Terri back any day. She was courteous and welcoming.

I am 24 and have been through over 10 therapists since I was 17 because it is so difficult to find a therapist that meets my needs. My current therapist is such a great fit for me that when she started her own private practice at Be Insightful, I couldn’t help but follow. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. They offer refreshments before/during every appointment and are rarely late. I think my therapist was late once in the years I’ve been with her. I don’t plan on switching/dropping therapists any time soon!

It's unreal that you would cancel an appointment because paperwork wasn't completed. Never in my life have I encountered that with an office. I've worked in plenty of professional offices and we would never deny a patient for that reason. ESPECIALLY A CHILD STRUGGLING WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. SHAME ON YOU ALL!! So sorry I have so many things life is throwing at me that I forgot the paperwork. What a caring office you have there...

My therapist here is great and I couldn't ask for more! If I have a problem or an issue I wanna talk about she's very elaborate and witty. Even if you're here to talk about your day i still would recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Appointment was scheduled for 10am on Saturday morning. The office was closed and no one was answering the phone. I don’t understand why you would schedule an appointment for a day and time that your facility is closed. Very unprofessional.

I have had a wonderful experience with Insightful from the receptionist all the way through to my Dr. everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for counseling
