Amazing service. If you want a NASCAR pit stop of a turn… this is the operation to go too. They turned us, a fractional Phenom 300, in 15 minutes. That’s deboard, unload a decent amount of luggage, fuel, lav, and catering. It was insanely impressive. With us seeing 3-6 FBOs a day 200 days a year that’s a accomplishment to impress us in this manner. Applaud the ramper crew

This could be the worst FBO in I’ve ever flown into. I need to fly out of Kenosha for business occasionally in FL and NY and these guys never seem to know what’s up. Asked about covered car parking inside hangar, “Don’t know” do you offer car washes, “Maybe, I guess”. The other day I unloaded my own luggage from my car on the tarmac with the pilots help when two guys finally strolled outside to help after we were done.
It seems it doubles as an executive hanger that side gigs for Flexjet. Research options before you book!
