Very Disappointed, just called in as we have had communication with this firm in the past and wanted to move all our business over to them. (3 franchises & a construction company. Receptionist told me it’s tax time & a bad time to call, put me on hold, came back and said call someone else & hung up. Definitely as far from customer friendly call into a business as I’ve had.

Thank you for your required reply Scott, but I have already contacted another firm and they quickly setup a consultation with us. I wont bother you guys again moving forward since its TAX season & you are so incredibly busy.

Terrible experience - look elsewhere! I worked with Tracy on my small business accounting for about a year. On multiple occasions she failed to inform me of tax payments being deducted from my bank account causing overdraft fees and major headaches. When I called or emailed, she took several days to respond, even during non-tax season, and did not fully answer my questions or concerns. She was not upfront about her fees or procedures and really set me back in my business accounting. Overall, an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience that I would recommend avoiding.
