I went to see about a small business loan. I met with banker Jason. It has been 3 weeks since our meeting. I have called multiple times & left multiple messages. I still have not heard back with an approval or denial on my loan. I recommend not wasting your time with Woodford & I recommend going to Marine or Summit Credit Unions. Both respond in a much more timely manner than Woodford. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would.

Worst customer service. I called to check my account and get information since someone broke into my car. Was told "I can check that online" and that I was stupid. Sorry but maybe when someone is asking for your help the LAST thing you should do is judge. All I wanted was to verify the security and know if there was anything I could do to keep unwanted transactions from going through. No help at all, which is why I closed my account and never want to work with a place like them again. Thanks Karen for being the worst employee there.

Huge shout out for Marci & Nicole for knowing their customers! My mom was being scammed and when she requested a large amount of cash, it was noticed & reported to myself & police. Marcie even went to mom’s house to make sure she was safe! Above & beyond her job!! Thank you so much Nicole for alerting Marcie! These ladies know protocol for important situations. 🥰. Who wouldn’t want this kind of protection from your banking facility?

I have banked at Woodford State bank for over a decade. I love the hometown atmosphere. The staff makes me feel like my banking needs are top priority. They proved that by always going above and beyond. I feel more at ease banking at my local bank than banking at a nation wide bank. Woodford State bank is so convenient with so many branches in Green County. I would highly recommend Woodford state bank for all your banking needs!

Worked with Woodford State bank when I became an executor of my cousin's estate. Very friendly and competent staff! Always received the best service especially from Kim (teller) smiles and assistance when I wasn't sure what all I needed to do. Highly recommend this bank.

I have been banking at Woodford State Bank since I was a child and opened my first savings account. I would recommend them as a local banking option. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. They are quick to respond and willing to answer all of my banking questions. If you are looking for a consumer loan, Kim Schliem is very friendly and knowledgeable, and she will help you consider your options!

Working with Woodford State Bank since I was a kid has been absolutely great. Purchasing our first home, with Mortgage Lender Ben Voss, was a dream and my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff is always friendly and willing to help!

Worst bank ever; the workers sound annoyed anytime you call to have something straightened out as though it kills them to do their job. Plus, when you call with questions, no one seems to know how to do anything besides transfer you to another line. They definitely do not make the effort to leave the customer happy/satisfied. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt for far too long. I am finally making the switch to WI Bank and Trust, as I have heard nothing but good things from friends/family who currently bank there. It'll be nice to have the benefits/perks that come with being a member there. I DO NOT recommend Woodford State Bank unless you, for whatever reason, have no other options.
I would have given them ZERO stars, if I could have. They don't even deserve the one they received, by default, on this review.
