I went into this store yesterday, like I have many times before, and I was 100% satisfied with my customer service. I live an hour away from this store and choose this one in particular. The one and only, Tara Morris is the consultant I go through for anything related to my phone plan. Her customer service is absolutely excellent. She is patient, fast and all around a great person to work with! Thank you, Tara, for helping me yesterday! 🙂

I went in to buy a phone today. I don't feel like the salesman (the receipt says his name was Angel O) was very knowledgeable about the phones or had any desire to answers the questions I had. I felt like he didn’t have much interest in helping me at all. I selected a phone to purchase. He didn’t ask me if I wanted to purchase a protection plan, yet it states on the receipt that I declined it. He also failed to tell me (until after the purchase was completed) that my phone purchase didn’t qualify for the 15 day return policy because I paid for it in full up front. I wanted to make a change to my current plan, but was told I needed to come back on the last day of my billing cycle to make changes. I also inquired about adding 3 additional phones to my plan, but decided not to recommend that anymore after my experience today. When I got the phone, there was a system update that needed to be done right away, which I would have thought they would have done there before they handed over the phone, but it had not been completed. I have been with US Cellular for over 15 years, but am now considering switching to another provider after my experience today.

We actually had a great experience today with Angel Oquendo. We purchased our first smartphone and wanted to get our feet wet before we get another one. Angel was very knowledgeable and treated us with much respect. He spoke on our level and not over our heads. He was very patient. The lobby was full of customers but we never felt rushed. I would highly recommend the Lake Mills location and more specifically Angel!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The only thing this US Cellular seems to care about is making money and making upgrades. They don't care at all about customer satisfaction/service, not even for long-time, loyal customers, and have zero sense of urgency for resolving customer issues. Instead of helping me get a new phone (or even just a loaner while I waited for my new one to be delivered by Asurion insurance (who also are horrible to work with)), they just pointed fingers telling me that it's not their problem that my phone isn't working. My 15 day warranty had passed (I was on day 17 of owning my new phone...), so they told me to go to Best Buy for repair, Best Buy told me to go to US Cellular. Wasted 2+ hours on that. So I thought, screw it, I'll just file an insurance claim because all this running around in circles isn't worth it. I'd rather pay the $100. Followed those steps and then somehow, either US Cellular's or Asurion's or UPS' system got hacked and my replacement device was now being sent to Jamaica... If I hadn't been so on top of the tracking and caught the issue, the phone would've been delivered to Jamaica without a hitch. After reporting this issue, in addition to still not having a workable phone (it's been 6 days now... still no phone, still no loaner, and this is how I work! My job (sales) depends on me being able to communicate with my customers!), I spent the entire morning being tossed back and forth between Asurion & US Cellular. Now, I supposedly will be getting a new replacement device by Friday... 8 days since I reported the issue to US Cellular. Just horrible. Customer service desperately needs improvement.

Bought a new samsung in January, which has always heated up while charging. I went back and the told me the phone was fine, that this is something new? Today I went again since nothing worked but texting and phone calls. Salesman spent about 15 minutes and said it was fixed. I left but returned a half hour later - PHONE STILL DID NOT WORK. salesman messed with it about 10 minutes before saying too bad, it's a google problem. If you wait it out, it might fix itself.

What!!! Three months of that charging, now it doesn't work at all? Like do really think I will continue paying $300 a month for our phones with this service? Nope!
