I did a spa tour in this beautiful facility. Very clean. Very modern. Located in Kohler, Wisconsin. This spa offers a variety of services. The massages are a minimum of 50 minutes. The pool amenities are clean and updated. There are 2 quiet areas as well. The cafe is cute and convenient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Staff are very attentive during the treatments, never inappropriate. They were very good to my friend for her birthday even giving her a gift, and we got free champagne. The rooftop lounge was too crowded, but the other areas were alright. There are plenty of water stations including snacks. I did a rainbath, which was good. If I went back, I think i would focus on the water treatments... I also enjoyed my vibrational sound therapy. My friend was underwhelmed with her lift and tone facial. Although service was great, my robe was plush, and my flip flops were even comfortable, I think the prices were still steep.

Treatments were wonderful- details are carefully attended to in all spa areas. From the attentive check-in process, the cozy robes, to the lighting and relaxation spaces, you will feel at home here. Lunch was excellent in the cafe, and staff were incredibly attentive and caring. Highly recommend.

Thank you, Brett for taking the time to answer all of my questions and taking time to ensure I felt accommodated while selecting a service that suited me best. We really enjoyed the coed part of the spa as we were a husband and wife. The issue with the area was almost all the beds were taken and people left items on them like a pool area. I wish they would enforce it if you leave that area you have to put up your stuff. The treatments were great but not cheap.

Loved this place! The staff were super warm and inviting! My massage was exactly how I requested (so relaxing that it put me to sleep). I just really really wish there was a hot tub that we could lounge in as well. But the best spa that I’ve come across in the Midwest.

The spa services were amazing, but the experience overall is not worth the 3,000 price we paid for five of us to enjoy the spa. There was no where to sit really and the amenities fell flat. The steam room and sauna is honestly better at any gym i have been to than this spa. The steam room was not even warm it felt gross. The pool was cold and it was suppose to be like a hot tub. Apparently they are under renovation and that is why there was no hot tub, but no discount nor disclaimer when booking. We came from Chicago and there is a Kohler in chicago, I highly recommend just going to that spa then making the trip to Kohler. Also I had to go out of my way to find out information about the spa, and I asked if we were able to have something to eat at the spa, and the lady told me yes. When we arrived at the spa I was told we could only eat if we made reservations, which was not clear to me at all. Also many spa’s have champagne and other free refreshments and snacks, and Kohler had water and three snack to pick from. Which for the price I felt it should at least include juice or champagne.

As you can see, my wife was very unhappy with the experience.The woman that did my massage was amazing, Ally was amazing too. Everything else was not worth the hype in any way shape or form. My wife is very upset and that makes me upset. If you’re thinking of surprising your wife with this experience it might be best to consider other options.
