I highly recommend David Vandenberg as a Jackson Hole real estate broker. I literally came to him at the beginning of this summer with no idea what part of town I wanted to be in, no real understanding of the different areas and no clear budget. Oh, and I live in LA, so I was doing most of my house-hunting remotely! David is incredibly knowledgeable about Jackson. He did a great job of introducing me to the unique qualities of each area and helping me to understand the market dynamics. He knows everyone and has good relationships with other brokers, so on several occasions he was able to get me in to see places early to accommodate my travel schedule. Once I found the home I wanted to buy, David walked me through the contract and inspection process, answered my (many!) questions very patiently and made sure that my interests were protected. He really went above and beyond to make buying a home in Jackson a great experience for me, and I would encourage anyone who is looking to buy in Jackson to call David.

My husband and I highly recommend David for anyone looking to purchase in Jackson, WY and all of the surrounding area. He was instrumental in our recent home purchase in Jackson. He listens, understands, and really gets to know you and your family, so that he can find you the perfect home to meet your needs. David has a special gift with people and it shows not only in the relationship he forms with you as a client, but also with the relationships he has with everyone in the community of Jackson and surrounding areas. He’s a people person with lots of connections and also a deep understanding and love for the area as he has lived in Jackson for many, many years and serves many roles in the community. We were purchasing the house from out of state and I’m embarrassed to admit, but left many of our responsibilities to David. David goes completely above and beyond to make it all work, and this was the easiest home purchase I’ve ever experienced thanks to all of his legwork and in despite of all the challenges one will face in a market like Jackson. He said he would find us our home by the end of the summer and he definitely did that. David is on your side from beginning to end, and he really invests in you and your family and has a wealth of knowledge to share with you. I cannot say enough about him and everything he did for us.
