Latham helped me purchase a property in 2018 and found exactly what I was looking for in a matter of days! Jackson is an exceptionally competitive market. After we'd lived in our first, and temporary, home in Jackson for 8 months, Latham found the ideal home in Melody Ranch. Latham assured us he could sell our house inside of a week and likely have competing offers. He had the buyers identified before the home was listed and it sold within two days with competing offers. Latham brought his many talents to bear for our listing, with professional photography and staging. The gain over our 8 month holding period covered the selling fees. Moreover, Latham concurrently landed the dream home for us. This was touchy, as the home was the target of another family. I had to leave before our home was even listed for a part of the world with virtually no communication. Latham threw himself into getting both deals done, working hand-in-glove with my wife, our attorney and our banker. He is exceptionally well-connected with all the local players in a transaction. He even personally came over to fix a portion of the yard fence which wasn't our obligation to repair. He removed a TV dish from our roof to please our buyer, even though it wasn't our obligation. He did these things to facilitate the deal and ensure everything ran smoothly. He went beyond the call of duty on our new home, helping us find tradesmen to troubleshoot problems here and there. Latham is the gift that keeps on giving. Anytime we need anything related to home ownership, he's the "go to" guy.
