Mr. Hickey did an outstanding job facilitating our purchase of a one of a kind Idaho property that he had listed through his firm. I live out of state and had many needs that he addressed for me prior to my traveling to see the property. After we purchased the property Jim continues to support us with assistance on various unique requirements for building in that area. Without Jim's local knowledge and expertise in the area, this property would not have been an option for us. He even found a builder for us! With Jim and the builder on the job for us, our dream mountain home is becoming a reality. Perhaps he should re-brand to be Reality Realty.

I had a high end remote property with extreme challenges. Access to the property required 4 wheel drive, high end clearance and plenty of nerve. Potable water was only accessible by a deep well. Access for trucks and supplies for building was nearly impossible. I had tried to sell the property for years. There was plenty of interest but no one could solve the problems. Jim is an expert problem solver. He found a perfect buyer. He found a buyer who is a pilot with aircraft access and loves challenges. I give Jm Hickey my highest endorsement.
