Andrew and the team did an incredible job walking me through both the buying and selling process of my first property!! I've worked with Andrew on three separate transactions now in the Jackson Hole area and Andrew is outstanding! Each transaction went very smoothly and Andrew's knowledge base of the area, diligence, and attention to detail made those transactions worry free. Andrew was always one step ahead raising questions that we didn't know we should ask. Was looking for a condo in the Jackson area for a little while now and was referred to Andrew Ellett at Engel & Volkers. I was just looking for a part time place and my budget was not extremely high for the Jackson area. Andrew was great and quickly taught me a lot about a very complicated real estate market in Jackson. It was critical to have Andrew's help in understanding how the market works in Jackson and all the important trends and how seasonal timing also plays a key role. Andrew took the time to show me properties on multiple occasions and worked around my schedule since I live across the country. We looked in Jackson and across the pass in Idaho. He found a couple really good options for me and he took the time to really understand what my needs were -- and after considering many options I closed on a new condo in Jackson in April. Andrew made the entire process very easy. It is also proving very nice to have his contacts in the area for items that need to be handled with the new place - Andrew is still providing guidance and advice after the purchase. It is greatly appreciated and would highly recommend Andrew and his firm to anyone trying to navigate the complicated market of Jackson Hole!

It was a very rewarding experience to work with Andrew Ellett - from looking at properties through closing. Andrew had our best interest at heart and would go out of his way to advise us, point things out, communicate with the seller's agent, and do the homework necessary to assure the entire process was professional and complete. Taylor Starr provided a seamless transition when Andrew was away for a week. The timeline she created was very helpful. We would recommend Andrew and Taylor always to our friends and acquaintances when asked who is out there in real estate.
