Absolute scam. Won an auction through HiBid.was quoted $26 for shipping which they were severely overcharging on. To my surprise when my item arrived I was told by the postman that they put the item in a priority box, dropped it off post office with a label from UPS. Due to their “mistake” I had to pay another $11 to receive my items I wanted them so paid the postal service with the thought I would be refunded but the $26 I paid for shipping.

Their solution was offering me $11 off a future item I may purchase. Never buying another item from these scam artist and hope others see trash business practices.

Purchased items at an estate auction. The lots were unorganized and in many cases, the description of the lot did not match what was pictured. The bidding site was incredibly glitchy and crashed more than once, as confirmed by other buyers. When discussed with the auctioneer, who was rude and temperamental, there was no accountability. I understand that the bidding site is not your company, but it is your reputation. At pickup, it was chaotic at best. There seemed to be a lack of respect for the property. The auctioneer was even allowing people to drive on the alfalfa field that was on site, tearing it up, and I know for a fact the farmer did not give permission to use the field.

I have bought from many different auctions here over the past couple years. Overall its a decent operation. Sometimes it can be slow to get someone to load a pallet or item that requires a forklift, and you are mostly on your own if you get cabinets of smaller items. Another thing to note it the address that comes up on Google is not the address for pick up, so be sure to look at the address on the bill they give you instead.

No carts, no help loading, not helpful at all. They retrieve ur auction items, put them in a pile, and go sit down. I'm disabled, and sometimes I just need a little help. Nope. Not here.

Terry was the real estate agent for a woman we bought a property from back in January. The situation was unique to say the least. I think there was definititely some miscommunication between the homeowner and Terry regarding the state of the property and how the deal would unfold in our world. We found out about a month before closing that the septic system was flagged by the county, but the listing and condition report stated that the septic was in good working order. Thankfully the homeowner and I were mostly able to come to some agreements about the property that were not outlined in the official home sale documents, including this septic situation, which she had known about and supposedly had alerted Terry to but we were not made aware of by them.. When all was said and done we amended our original offer because of this new information and it was ultimately accepted. Several months after closing we are still trying to settle the deal with the previous homeowner regarding some large items she left behind. Thankfully it has been friendly despite some disappointments due to miscommunication. It sounds to me that Terry had her under the impression that he would help her through these other negotiations but he has not been anywhere near here or even checked in on either of us since closing as far as I'm aware. She has expressed her disappointment on more than one occasion and I too feel there was definitely room for improvement in representing your client. I'm not sure I would recommend or use this establishment for real estate purposes.

Jason represented the seller in a property I recently purchased. Both he and the seller were aware that the well did not produce enough water for the home to be liveable and did not disclose the information. He also lied on several other small details, Jason is not to be trusted.
