Initial Review:

Listed my lot with Pavelec. Not one contact from my agent for the entire year it was listed with her. In retrospect I probably should have pushed her harder but I should not have had to. Pavelec did manage to place me on their email marketing list and I received multiple ads for other properties they had listed in the area. I see that there are a lot of positive reviews for Pavelec but my experience was anything but positive. Do your due diligence before hiring this agency.

Teri over at Pavelec contacted me expressing concern that I did not receive the service that they strive to provide. We have since come to an agreement to relist with Pavelec and I must say that they are doing a much better job with the property. The marketing is first class and the communication has been perfect. Updating rating to 3 stars because I really appreciate the effort to make this right.

Update: February 14, 2025

Closed on the sale of our property today. This time around the folks at Pavelec lived up to their reputation. We got a fair price and the transaction was perfect. I appreciate Teri and the team stepping up and making this right. Five stars!
