This organization from sales to service is excellent. Pricing is excellent. The service team is kind, considerate and knowledgeable. In an industry of education our fleet of copiers cannot be down for anytime and we feel this company makes sure that the 172 days a year we have with students, we can count on the system working for our staff, so that this is not a distraction to our students, our customer.

WAY overpriced. We have a small office and for some reason a former manager signed a five year lease. We have asked numerous times to get out of our lease. No way! We are a small non profit and this cuts into the services we can provide to the community. We could purchase four new printers a year and still have money left over for paper and toner. When there is a problem their service department wants to access your computer to fix it. Arrrgggg! I just learned that down the hall is a similarly sized organization and they pay 1/3 of what we pay per month.

I highly recommend Gordon Flesch. Their customer service is outstanding - everyone from the sales representative, the demo staff, installation staff, and phone support have been incredibly warm and kind, really listening and customizing the product to my company's needs. They provide high quality products at competitive prices, and, unlike some companies in the tech/service sector, they communicate their expertise without talking down to the customer.

Purchasing a new copier from Gordon Flesch was a smooth and stress-free experience. The sales rep presented three options for us and outlined the pros and cons of all. Buying a new copier is SAVING us money while having all the latest technology. Can't go wrong there! We've had a service relationship with them for many many years with our old copier and have always been impressed with and grateful for the quality and timeliness of any service work needed.
