Not what I thought!. When searching thru the directory, It was a couple of years old for advertisements posted, by the administration, People are either to busy to up date it for the Black people searching for a Black business or the Black business are not applying so it can be updated. A lot of people are buying what they want to buy from whomever has what they want maybe the directory is just not the people want. I'm glad the Black directory is advertised. But unfortunately, the "By Black" is not enforced enough thru the Black directory where the Black people want to search. This my opinion.
