If I could give less than 1 star I would. Michelle Klenotich was our customer contact at Tandem HR and I could NOT get a return phone call from her or responses to my emails. When I tried to call and get her supervisor the receptionist basically said I couldn't. She placed me in Michelle's voicemail. Over Months and months she ignored me. Customer service there is HORRIBLE!
