If I could give this company a negative 1000 I would. STAY AWAY from EVERY aspect of this man's businesses. We dealt with Larry Spears (father) in purchasing a metal building and although our contract wasn't accepted, they refused to return our holding fee. At this time they are looking at a law suit!

I received a negative response from this company from my review, which only shows you that they have no understanding of what it means to be Customer Service oriented. Again it was our fault that they represented themselves one way and when CAUGHT, not willing to own up to their own mistakes. He stated there are 2 sides to every story, however, in our case there are 3 sides and the company they falsely represented clearly states within their contract with them that they are responsible to refund the deposit if contract was not accepted. I STAND BY MY POSITION AND SAY AGAIN...STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN'S BUSINESSES. MANY PEOPLE WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITY HAVE BEEN BURNED BY THIS COMPANY AND HAVE ACTUALLY BEGAN TO COME TOGETHER TO FIGHT THEIR HYPOCRISY.
