Does not deliver on her word to have the return done. One year, we had our info to her early February and we almost missed filing deadline. She complains how she works too many hours and employees quit on her and expects us to understand that. Her problem, not mine. She is also sloppy and deficient in preparing our estimated quarterly paperwork. I don't like the way she does business. One star is too much for this is one.

Family members have taken their taxes here. Advanced Accounting failed to return phone calls, complete taxes on time/then not file for an extension, in which penalities were accumulated. Extremely unprofessional -yelling on the phone, belittling, and hanging up on them. Take your business and money elsewhere.

The staff is very friendly, however they failed to submit my state taxes back in March and now here I am in July still waiting for my refund, and probably won't receive it for another 8 weeks at least. You pay over $100 to have a professional do things right. Probably going the TurboTax route next year.
