One star is too much to give this place. The majority of this small community has been talking about how far downhill this whole organization has gone. The members who manage the organization are the reason for this. Many long-term staff members have left because of them as well. Telling caregivers that the patients are not considered theirs, but Northlakes Clinics patients instead. And the patients will be cared for how the management sees fit. Even though they have absolutely zero face time with patients. They aren't good to their employees either as that too, has been talked about in the community. I'm glad I cut all ties with this place 6 months ago and never plan to look back. Good luck to anyone who seeks help here!

Dr. Shelly is amazing she really does care about people. Ever sense I came out of medically induced coma because of Covid 19 my life has been very difficult so to have some to go for help is wonderful.
