When I learned 2019 could be used for 2020 taxes if one's income was higher for earned income credit Sue refused to look into it, can even be googled. She said she didnt know what I was talking about. Ignored further calls, messages. Had to then pay h&r block to amend & getting almost 4 thousand more. Charges too much for someone who doesnt seem capable of getting folks their max refund. I wonder how many last year had a similar situation bc of covid & have no idea they missed out on money they are entitled to. Should have amended at no cost but refused to help & after my accident couldnt drive to antigo to try talking in person.
