It was such a positive experience I had when I signed for my home. I was greeted with a friendly smile and left with a smile on my face. What a joy it was working with them. I even got to keep the pen I signed with. I would highly recommend the ladies at Langlade.

I would not recommend this company, poor customer service, does not return phone calls & very slow at processing paperwork. Completely incompetent when handling sale of a manufactured home. 1.5 yrs after the sale & paperwork is still incorrect & incomplete.

I contacted Paula Pregler at Langlade Abstract & Title Co for assistance with a title search mid-summer of this year. We spoke by phone and I described what I needed. Upon her request, I emailed her information relative to the property and was told she would get back to me. After not hearing back for over one month, I called back. As she was not in that day, I explained I had not heard back from her for some time. I was encouraged to leave a message and she would return my call. Two more weeks went by and nothing. I called again and she was again not in the office. Upon explaining I had not received a return call from my last message, I was told I could leave a message and that she has been extremely busy. Upon my comment that if she was backed up with work, she could have had the courtesy to at least call me to inform me of that, I was just asked if I wanted to leave a message or not. I am moving on to look for a company interested in customer service. Not impressed at all by Langlade Abstract & Title - unfortunate.
