They were recommended by an elder care advocate when we were getting letters from our health insurance threatening to drop us as we were in the process of moving. Penny was awesome! Gave advice on how to talk to them to get more time..even called back to see how it went. When we were ready for new insurance, months later, we went to her. She continues to be helpful with any questions or concerns.. very friendly place offering a variety of services.
