Lance was very thorough explaining the process over the phone. He had comparable pricing to others I spoke to. He came recommended by a couple friends who’d also had systems installed.

While not completely dire, the digital sensor I had was hitting between 6 & 8 pCl/L in my unfinished basement which is double the point the EPA recommends remediation. My readings are now down to 0.43 for a 7-day average.

The system runs quietly (you can hear the fan faintly when in the same room) and it doesn’t take up much space. It’s just another PVC pipe in the basement. Lance & Brian installed it in under 3 hours and left everything neat and tidy. I’m very pleased and happy the basement is now a safer environment.

Lance was great to work with, very friendly and easy to speak with. He was able to give me quotes over the phone and walk me through the options. On the day of install, he walked through the house with me and helped me understand the options more fully. We ended up rescheduling on Lance's recommendation because there had been snow on my roof which would have melted, potentially causing water issues with our radon solution install (through the attic). Lance also noticed our in-home vacuum system had an output pipe that wasn't properly fire sealed and he took care of it for us. On the install day, Lance installed the system over the course of 3-4 hours and made sure it was very neat and out of the way. Our radon levels have since dropped down and we're really happy with the solution. I highly recommend working with Lance if you need any radon solution.

Lance and Brian did an amazing job putting in a radon mitigation system in my house! They let me know when they were on their way to my house and arrived promptly at 8 AM. They asked if I had any questions and walked me through the whole process before they started to make sure I was aware of every step in the process and to make sure I was comfortable with the work they were going to be performing. After they explained the process, they got right to work and they were completely done with installing the radon mitigation system within a few hours. After the system was installed, they walked me through the details of the system and explained how I could detect issues with the system, should any issues arise. They made sure to let me know that they would be there for support if I had any issues or any questions. They were completely honest and up front about every detail. I was completely aware of the work they were doing every step of the way and I was aware of all the options I had in regards to the radon mitigation system. Everything went so smoothly and I could not have asked for an easier process and easier guys to work with! Great work performed by a great company at a very fair and reasonable price! I called one company that had a reasonable price but decided he didn’t want to do it because of a slightly unique condition. Another company would do it but at a much higher price.
I called Lance and described my house and he said he had installed many systems in houses like ours. He even gave me a price over the phone.
He arrived on the day and time he promised and finished in a few hours.
It’s been almost 2 years now and the radon level is well below the safe level.

Lance & co. did fantastic work. Very transparent in everything he did. I really appreciated the in-person review is our setup and quote. He was able to go directly from our basement (crock) into our garage, and place the fan motor in the attic so it’s out of sight and can’t be heard. It’s a pretty quiet fan to begin with. He vented it through the roof. Very nice professional looking, hidden, and a good price. We had several quotes and chose Lance because of his knowledge. He is definitely the most knowledgeable with codes, licenses, etc. Some great stories of systems he’s had to fix. (You know he’s good when others call HIM to fix a system someone else installed.) We are very pleased with the work and impressed with the quality. We have already recommended Wisconsin Radon Services to several neighbors.

We had a great experience with Wisconsin Radon Services. Lance was very communicative and knowledgeable about every part of the process. We didn't end up with the placement of the system that we had hoped for but Lance made sure I understood the reasons why we needed that placement (and why the placement I'd hoped for would have compromised the effectiveness of the unit). And of course the main reason for us getting the system to begin with is for safety, not aesthetics, and I appreciated that Lance doesn't cut corners. In addition, Lance's price was less expensive than competitors and also included better materials (a 4" diameter pipe instead of 3" and a more powerful fan unit) and a more robust guarantee.

Lance was fantastic. Not only did he do an exceptional job, he took the time to explain how and why he did what he did so we could be informed homeowners. He spent as much time talking to us about our home than the job actually took, which was fast. Part of why we hired him too was that he has taken the time and expense to get informed and certified, so that we could trust he knows building code and could handle our home safely. He is a licensed electrician, so we could trust he could install plugs well enough. I was just really impressed with his thoughtful intention and professionalism. Highly recommend.
