With Klover, I simply had the best customer service experience of my entire life, and I have been talking about it with my co-workers ever since.

First, I had to rush a mic for a project. Klover’s website didn’t have the correct shipping option under the PayPal payment option. However, Paul called me a mere half hour after I emailed them. He then proceeded to correct the website so I could overnight the mic. This was all done in the span of approximately an hour, and I was able to order the mic in time. I was astounded. On top of that, I also ordered an accessory with it. Paul fully refunded me the price and pointed me to a competitor with a better price because he said it wasn’t priced fairly in his system.

The thing is Klover supplies some of the biggest broadcasters and names in the industry. The fact that they were so supportive of myself as an individual is a testament to their wholesome business practices. You just don’t find such genuine customer service anywhere in this world anymore. I am a Klover customer for life, however the build quality is good enough I probably won’t even need to buy another mic anyway.

Let me tell you Klover products are just absolutely fantastic. I used the Parabolic Klover Mik 26 Tactical Microphone and it works just as advertised. There isn't a parabolic microphone thats better than Klover. That's why football stadiums, events, and the recent olympics are using the Klover parabolic microphone's. I usually don't write reviews but since I was so happy with there product I'm writing this. A must buy!
