I had my blood drawn here and I could not have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Going into my blood draw I was very nervous but Molly took phenomenal care of me, she was so patient and made me feel totally comfortable. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends! Additionally it was easy to book my appointment over the phone, and staff was very accommodating when I had to reschedule.

It was a little tricky getting in for an appointment, they are really busy. But got my son in to see Dr. Coleman and he was exceptional. He was super personable and came in the room with one agenda, to listen before acting. True to what the website says.

This is the 4th ND I have been to for Lyme treatment and hands down, the best. Dr. Coleman is a gem, is my biggest cheerleader and really listens. Nikki is the kindest nurse and makes my blood draws and IV's as easy as possible. Highly recommend!

Not the place to go for severe GI issues. I saw Dr. Pray and first off we didn't mesh personality wise, she is very serious in nature which can come off bad. Anyway, I got very generic advice & not much that was worth the $700 I spent that day on tests, the visit, & supplements. If you go do be prepared to drop a pretty penny on supplements as they most likely can't treat without them. I tried the supplements all of which made me violently ill. She was also really almost rude about me being a vegan & pretty much said since I'm vegan there's no way I'm going to heal, she practically rolled her eyes in my face about it. I was very disappointed and did not make a follow up with her.

UPDATE 4/3 : She has still never reached out to me.

I’m concerned about a few things. I did IV therapy. Had an adverse increased blood pressure issue afterwards . Called to tell them as I had had increased BP when I had finished the IV. I had to wait before I could leave. I called about an hour after I left.

The nurse stated she was with another client and could not take my call though my BP was very high and I was worried. She told me to go to urgent care. No call back to even check in. Today I woke up with dizziness nausea and radiating pain from the Iv site down into my armpit area. No clue why.
I’ll follow up with my primary care but I’m baffled that no one called me to check in - the nurse, while kind, was very inexperienced with this. I honestly think she should not have increased my drip rate faster during the Iv as she was aware my blood pressure was already high before tx began.

I’m concerned at the safety of this clinic and IV therapy. Also thought it was odd they don’t have appropriate cuffs for blood pressure for people of different sizes. The wrong size cuff can give erroneous readings.

Also, I’m surprised they don’t inform you of any possible side effects that could occur or ask you to sign anything detailing those effects. I’m writing this to hopefully allow others to think hard before they do an IV here. I’m leaving this office with a new issue and worried I either have phlebitis or an infection due to the IV. Fingers crossed it isn’t an infection. I wish a Dr had called or even better come to see me when I was in office to check on me. I stayed with the BP cuff to see if my bp would come down solo. It read 146/86 when I left but shot up after I got home again to 150/100 and 176/102. To call and and have no one have the decency to answer my call of distress is a sure sign of incompetence and unprofessional conduct.

I’m mostly concerned that Nobody told me that it was a possibility that I could get high blood pressure as a result of this IV. I would not have done the IV and I known that that was a possibility. In fact, when I asked, the nurse said that I would get low blood pressure from this IV.

I really think there needs to be a doctor with oversight over the nursing staff. This is scary. This is coming from someone who worked in healthcare for many years.

Incredibly compassionate doctors. I was sick for years and other doctors wouldn’t take me seriously. Dr. Coleman listened to me and worked hard to help me feel better. I am now back to being healthy and am so grateful for the doctors at Family Clinic. Every interaction with them has been amazing from front desk to bloodwork to walking down the halls. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been a patient at this clinic for almost 6 years. I consider them my "primary", because I actually trust them. Dr. Coleman listens and takes me seriously. At any given time if I bring up some random and strange symptom, he can rattle off the cause without a second thought. He is *hands down* the most knowledgeable doctor I've ever encountered. His bedside manner is amazing, and after every appointment I tell my family "I just love him." He is the only doctor who has ever given me hope of true recovery and health. I've never posted an online review of anything, but want to make sure people know how great this clinic is. If you are struggling and nobody believes you, or you have Lyme disease and can't find help... come here.

Mostly positive experience. My family has been going to this clinic for years and has received a lot of help that we couldn’t get from our GP. Everyone is friendly and the labs we have done are helpful. Recently made a phone consult and Dr C had made it sound like the cost would be minimal and upon receiving the bill he was charging over $800/hour for the phone consult. I thought it was an error so I called and the receptionist said that it was correct and I insisted to check with Dr C. I then received a revised bill for $540/hour. So before you make an appointment get a formal price! With the stress of the bill my phone consult hurt my health more than it helped 🙁
