Finally found a great place to get my taxes done. I've tried my own in the past and some other places I won't mention and thought they were alright but after last year's experience I knew I had to try a different tax service. I decided to try out ATF and what a huge difference! It is very comforting knowing I can drop off all my tax stuff and the professionals there handle everything and gave me suggestions for next year! This is my second year, processing my taxes at this location.
Unfortunately, this yea had a horrible experience with the receptionist. She made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected the way that she speaks to me. My husband is currently deployed and from the first day that I was trying to express my concerns regarding all the documents I had to present she ignore me completely.
When I came back to sign for my tax document
She didn't even allow me to say "hello "
right away, she raise her voice in front of another client making me feel very embarrassed.

I'm paying for a service and all I ask for is for a decent customer service & to feel like valuable client.

This is my 3rd year going through ATF for my taxes. The ease and comfort is amazing. This year I switched to the online portal and was amazed at how quickly everything was done. They also were able to find extra tax credits that I was missing since purchasing a condo. I am so thankful for the friendly staff and how easy that make doing my taxes.
