I had my daughter there saying someone until she didn't feel safe with that person. We went to change therapist and her old therapist.Poisoned her new therapist mind against my daughter.
Don't think that anything that you say to.These people is kept in confidence because it's not. They like to gossip among themselves about all of their patients. It's quite sad.

Called to get assistance with a service they use for appointments, the man on the other end gaslighted me and acted as if I were not competent enough to understand. In fact once stating I must be stupid and slow and another time stating that I must have some mental problem. VERY negative and disheartening statements to hear from an office that treats mental health. Every time I have called back to get his name, he hangs up or doesn't even answer if it is my phone number. I tried to call again to speak to him about my concerns he answered and I asked his name and he hung up on me. He does not want to be reported.

In reply to the owner comment, yes multiple attempts were made to ask for assistance in a solution to the issue with the platform service of choice used by your agency for court ordered mediation. I COMPLETELY understand why they may think remote is the best, however if a client is struggling with accessing that platform, other options should be given as means to partake and complete a SUCCESSFUL mediation. My understanding of mediators is to assist in coming up with a compromise between 2 parties. Well in this case I offered 3 other solutions of method to preform this mediation remotely, none of which were even slightly considered. After about an hour I was able to get the service platform to work and conduct mediation. Following the mediation, you are correct and I did call again to get the name of the gentleman at the desk that spoke so demeaning to me, as well as apologize for me having to make several calls to the office about the issues I was having (trust me I did not want to have to call as many times as I did). It was frustrating and very inconvenient. Everytime I was given an instruction to try to get the service platform to work, I would get off the phone and attempt. When the attempts failed, I had to call back to inform staff that it was still not working properly. I also offered screenshots of every single attempt. Again I offered multiple other solutions all of which went unheard. That isn't a very good look for a mediator. Aside from court ordered mediation being separate from your mental health services, the same secretary answers the phone and it's pretty disheartening to know how he truly feels about those who may be struggling with mental health issues. I do not suffer but have several friends and loved ones that do and to hear someone so vulgarly speak this way at your office was enough for me to write a comment so others steer clear of being treated in such a poor manner at your facility. Again, if I would have been given the chance to speak with someone at your office regarding my concerns I would not have had to take it to the level of a Google review. I see others have also had issues with the customer service they have received by staff at your office as well. Please take this as constructive criticism to further better your business practice. Have a fantastic day and best success for your staff and business.

Everyone I've delt with at InterConnections has been great. The gentleman at the front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable about insurance.

InterConnections is a place where extra care has been given to the patients. Wonderful medical office, excellent and warm experience from start to finish. I must say that this practice is terrific. All Drs combines an expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. I think this is their best quality. Their staff is cooperative and friendly. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

I liked my therapy here. Agatha is a wonderful therapist. However, I missed twice in a 5 month span (both medical emergencies, one of which I have proof I was in the hospital day of services). I tried to call to talk to the director in hopes that my therapy would be re-instated. But she never reached back out to me. Leaving me to have to find another office. It's terrible cuz this is the first therapist I've ever felt comfortable with in the over 10 years I've had mental health diagnoses. And the worst part for me is that I have actual medical documentation that i was in the hospital but that I can't get the time of day to explain the situation. I'm 2 months post partum, 3 days post op from my gallbladder removal but now I gotta get on the phone with my insurance to find another therapist or risk mental health relapse.

This is not pertaining me but my wife. My Beautiful wife who I love deeply was referred here. She was happy and feeling good with her self. She was smiling and jokeing around more. It was great! We were communicating more and she was more lively then she has bin since we met. Then a tragedy struck and her uncle passed and my wife handled it well till she missed a couple of sessions and was let go. She was told that she missed to many times and not to come back. She tried to explain but they didn't seem to care. She came out shocked and in tears. Now she wont even try and find another therapist because she doesn't want to be let down again. They damaged her more than they helped. She had a female therapist. I guess it's all about the money.

They had my phone number wrong in their system so I never received a call from them to appear over the phone. They then marked it as me not appearing. I called them to make sure they now had the correct number. They tried contacting me again on the OLD INCORRECT number they had on file for me and I only found out because the other person involved in the case informed me that they tried to call me. Then they sent me an incorrect link for our original date to appear by zoom so when myself and the other person to appear clicked on the links we never had anyone else join the call. They sent a letter to the court stating we did not appear for mediation. When I called to ask why they dropped the ball so many times and what they planned to do the lady on the phone gave me an attitude and said "thats between you and the court because you didn't appear".

I will definitely be speaking to the court about getting our mediation fees back considering we did not receive services due to their mistakes and miscommunication.

I am writing a letter to family court to dismiss their fee. I urge you to do the same if you are in the same situation. InterConnections should not be paid for zero services rendered.

I called InterConnections three times weeks in advance to schedule a different day for mediation through court. I made them aware I could not attend their original date. I was the petitioner for mediation. InterConnections was unwilling to provide even one alternative date. InterConnections chooses a date and apparently you only get the one, it is on you if you cannot make it. InterConnections is telling the court I was a 'no call, no show' and is playing ignorant to the calls I made. Do not waste your time with them.
