Service is over priced and can’t fix anything. I had my service two years ago. I
feel I bought the new front door. To there fancy new building. So I get over this. Then I go in to Shawano store for just for a part a hydraulic hose. Drop off the old hydraulic hose and hour later I return to pick up the hose and pay for it. One month later I get a bill in mail for the hose. I already paid for. This is the way they get their new fancy building. Watch out they will get you.

Took a few minutes (literally) for someone to notice us waiting for assistance picking up a new E180. Saw 6 staff in offices with backs turned or staring at computers . Timing maybe? **Once greeted the service is excellent.** For management and owners - Suggest a motion sensor announcer at the door.

Sent my 3 year old zero turn to Riesterer for routine season readying maintence. Cost for the maintence was a few dollars short of $500. They stated an oil seal failed & needed to be replaced. So- on April 14 I took the mower out to give my lawn the first mowing of the year. I made it perhaps 20 feet to my backyard fence where I engaged the PTO at which time the mower abruptly stopped!! I tried several times to go through the starting process to no avail. I asked my neighbor to assist. He used a starter assuming perhaps it was the battery. Nothing. The most alarming thing was that the battery area as well as the fuse area were totally covered with last year’s grass clippings! Clearly no one had opened this area located under the seat. Therefore they did not check the strength of the battery, the fuses or check out the tightness of screws or wiring!! If they did, why would they not blow these clippings out? Later in the day, a family member who is a farmer, took some time out of his very busy schedule, to come take a look. He was astounded at the lack of effort made to check the battery & fuse area. He tightened all of the connections, changed a clearly burned out fuse, tightened the spark plug & eventually figured out how to make the lawn mower, including the PTO, run. Hopefully there are no other hidden issues when I try to mow today! I have included photos of what the battery & fuse area of the mower looked like. This is last year’s clippings proving they never even opened these areas to check the battery or fuses which, in my opinion, should be basic tasks for a mower maintenance. I will never return to them for either a mower purchase or maintenance. I received a call back Monday morning after they listened to my angry message I left Sunday. I explained what happened & the man I spoke to didn’t seem too concerned. I certainly do not recommend this place!

I had bought a John Deere XUV 835r and before I had even took delivery of it ,I had told them about a lot of wind noises around the doors and they said that they had it fixed before delivery. After three unsuccessful attempts they still did not have the issues resolved. Had to take it to another dealer, and they had the problem resolved in less than a half an hour. Also there was no windshield wiper fluid which when they serviced it that should have been filled up. I will not be coming back to this dealer for service again. When I had it in the shop the third time, I had told the salesman about my issues and he just acted like he didn’t care.

They got our business based on customer service. My husband and I went to a John Deere dealer that is nearly in our back yard but the service was so poor we took our business and our money to this dealer instead. We are quite happy with their professionalism and our new mower. Cannot wait to try out the snow blower this winter.

I recently ordered a 4066R with 5 attachments. I spent 3 years, off and on, talking to sales people and a variety of different dealers in the compact tractor market. I had never purchased a tractor before, so it was a big decision in an area I didn’t have much experience. During the process, I met Jason Schraufnagel at the Pulaski John Deere location. I can not say enough about his professionalism, his ability to translate my needs and wants, his patience, his overall approach and most importantly his character! Recently purchased a used tractor and new snow blower from Kyle in Pulaski. The tractor was accurately represented and the blower is new, so everything is good there. My only bit of constructive criticism would be for more frequent communication from Kyle, as I had to call and email for updates. Katie in service was very helpful and I would recommend both Kyle and Katie for your equipment needs.

Good place friendly employees. Delivered a tractor to them on Saturday can't say many people are happy to work Saturdays... after the young fella unloaded me we bs'd for a few minutes he asked me where i was from... i jokingly replied I'm a FIB... he laughed i laughed... he said that explains why i didn't hear you pull in... but i definitely smelled you. I said ohh that's just deodorant you should try it sometime... he laughed i laughed... good times...
