My daughter and I recently moved to Milwaukee, and needed an insurance agent in WI-Heidi and Country Financial were recommended by our mortgage lender, so we got in touch with her. She was very responsive from the first email, and with competitive pricing for home, renters, and auto policies, we decided to go with her as our agent for all.

We’ve been with her for about 7 months, and do not regret our decision for a moment! She has “saved” us in two situations, both of course being after hours-she actually responded and followed up (and followed through, which seems to be a lost art in customer service these days!!) to our needs in the moment-she and her office staff are absolutely AMAZING at what they do. Most importantly, we feel heard and cared for, she really does go out of her way to provide her customers with good service.
