Think twice before using Darlene Lutz to prepare your taxes. 2017 she put our 1099R form to the side said she would get back to it. Darlene never reported our 1099R for our 2017 taxes.

October 2021 we received mail from Federal and State owing $11,000.00 for not being reported.

Works too fast, sloppy, doesn’t follow though with her clients best interest! Doesn’t return phone calls.
This Firm don’t back up when their employees make mistakes on your taxes.

I've been working with Mark Leeder and Dave Schmitz for the last couple of years. They have done a terrific job in managing my annual taxes. They always answer questions thoroughly and promptly (even on weekends!), which I truly appreciate. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

I have been coming here for 30 years for my taxes. I have always gotten my taxes done in less than a week , sometimes the same day. After 4 weeks I am still waiting. I get told they are being worked on. I have been with them when they have done them and it takes less than an hour. Called today and they are closed for the day. I can't believe they can close for the day when they still haven't finished peoples taxes.

When it comes to accounting and bookkeeping you get what you pay for. Darlene has taken care of our books and taxes for the past few years. top notch all the way. We have a auto repair shop and a simple investment co. with only 1 property. The auto repair shop is quite involved with a payroll etc. but the investment deal is easy stuff for her and in most cases she does not even charge us for that one. Thanks team and keep up the good work
