Called to schedule an appointment about a house.
They said they might be able to get me in today, which was great!

I was asked for my name and phone number so they could call me back.
Gave it to them, they called back a couple hours later stating they could get me in and gave me a time.

I said "Great! Can you do a video call since I am out of state and not local?"
(I've never had an issue doing a video call walkthrough with any realtor before and have viewed multiple houses already) and I was IMMEDIATELY turned down with "No, go find another real estate company if you want to do that. You should have told us that to begin with." even though NOTHING was asked of me prior to this.

Really rude interaction, you can bet I never call this company ever again.
