Sue and her team managed our property with the greatest care. All members of the management team were available, professional, and knowledgeable. Repairs were handled well for the tenants with respect for their privacy and mindfulness to our budget. Sue also has a clear understanding of the Madison market and she is a real people person.

Just had my first exchange with "SUE". I am beyond surprised that this is the OWNER of the company.

Unfortunately our elderly property manager had some issues and had to outsource to this company.

4 days after no response to an email I sent a second email to both Aileen (who may be our point of contact. Not sure) and Sue letting them know I hadn't heard back yet. It was a very simple question regarding my walkway, since it's been snowing and previously our walkways had been shoveled out. This year they were not so I wanted to know if they would be.

Aileen responded after this second email where Sue was now being CC'd saying that she never got my original email. I let her know I wasn't sure how that occurred since I was sending my 2nd email to the same address as I had the first time and there were no spelling errors.

This was followed up by a second email from Sue telling me that Aileen was out of the office (which was odd since Aileen finally responded that morning) then she went on to make several excuses on why I hadn't been replied to the first time.

I let her know that I wasn't really interested in why I hadn't been responded to, I was just seeking a response.

She replied with a very rude email. In bold letters to almost every sentence I wrote and never even addressed my original concern.

I guess you have to be a building owner to be treated with any respect or courtesy.

If you want to live with a Rouch infested and have them tell you it's your problem this is a perfect property management group to rent from. They told me I was unprofessional when I brought it to their attention.

advertise prices for apartments that are "income restricted" prices, don't mention in the ads that they're income restricted, so you waste a lunch break heading over to look at an apartment only to be told that you make too much money to live there
