I have had to jump through hoops to get the advisor to comply with my requests. I moved some funds from EJ to Merrill Lynch (great company!), he has fought me every step of the way! I had the address on the account changed and he STILL will send mail to her. I did the annual review of the account with him and he AGAIN sent a request to her to call him for the review.

I have repeatedly, in writing, requested that all communications come to me. I WILL WITHDRAW ALL FUNDS.

And never use EJ for anything.Take my advice and use another brokerage!

This man is awful. I'm aware of multiple issues with him one of which was an elderly women whom he 'prayed' with then just took her money so he could line his own pockets! Stay Away!
