We've been getting our taxes done here the last few years and i have been more than pleased with each experience. The last 2yrs Jack has been helping take care of us. He is super informative and very knowledgeable. He has informed us of many extra things we can do or claim to help us get the best return possible. With all the life changes in the past few years, we havnt made it easy on Jack, however, he continues to knock it out of the park! I cant forget about the wonderful Tammy! This year it unfortunately took a little longer to get all our tax documents than usual and she was able to get us squeezed into their already busy schedule. If you want that personable care, look no further.

Highly recommend Becker Tax & Bookkeeping. I made my appointment in late December for an early Feb. appt; I am new to the area and wanted to make sure I didn't wait to last minute. The young man who answers the phone and sets appts is super professional, friendly, and efficient. Jerry did my taxes quickly - two day turnaround and he would have finished my taxes at my appointment, but I needed to supply additional information. My taxes were complicated! I sold a home. Moved from out of state, had employer in MN, then new employer in NY. Was very happy with everything. Such a relief. Great experience.

Have worked with Tammy for many years. Very responsive to business and personal tax questions even in the off season. We've kept working with Becker even though we are now living out of the area. Technology makes it easy for us to communicate and Tammy is always quick to respond to our needs and guide us through our business and personal returns. Simply the best! Highly recommend!

Disappointed. Scheduled appt almost 3 months ago, get a call that they need to cancel and I can just drop off my tax forms. Can't I can recommend them and will be looking else where for my business. Had high hopes after a good experience last year. Maybe if they are this short staffed they should look into a better work environment or better pay to keep their staff.

Had our taxes done for 2022. They said they were short staffed so we should just drop them off. We did that in the middle of January. Then in April the DAY the taxes were due, at 5pm they said we could pick them up. We owed a large amount of taxes and all the banks were closed and we could only run to the post office downtown and mail our taxes in. I will never use their services again.

Unfortunately there were a lot of mistakes on my return. I caught a few of them and got them changed before submission, which saved me a good deal of money, but even afterwards I got a letter from the state that there was a section that was wrong. The people at Becker are very nice and responsive, but I've already been in 3 times because of these errors. I have a pretty busy schedule, so that was one of the reasons I actually paid for a professional tax prep this past year, but I've more than lost all of that time now correcting and driving back in. There's still an issue and I know I've now overpaid by a small amount, but at this point I'm not sure I can afford any more lost time.

We’ve used Becker Tax and Bookkeeping for almost 20 years for our business payroll, taxes and personal taxes. We’ve found their rates to be very affordable and Tammy and her staff are always very quick and responsive whenever we need anything. I would highly recommend Tammy and her staff!

First year I went there, they found an error on my return from the year before that another accounting firm did - then they went back and fixed two other years. I got back $7500 ($2500 from each of those years) PLUS interest. They asked a ton of questions and they go over the whole return with you. I never had a problem asking them questions. I've even called with a tax question during the summer for my Mom - they answered them no charge! They have customer oriented hours and are open year round. They are wonderful and very friendly. They're the best!
