Over the course of a couple of months I had been communicating with several different staffing agencies. In my experience I found that most the agencies viewed prospective employment candidates as an unlimited commodity. Consequently, reappearance communication was not a priority and my employment expectations were really being met. However, working with ABR was quit the opposite. I personally had the pleasure of working with, Regional Staffing Specialist, Kristin Kracaw. Upon our initial conversion, Kirstin took the time to find out exactly what my personal needs were, as opposed to just pawning my off to the first employer. She really took the initiative to go beyond my expectations to find me the right fit. Additionally the communication was stellar and Kristin defiantly gave my needs and concerns precedence. I was very impressed with my entire experience and I would recommend ABR in Manitowoc to anyone. Kudos ABR staff, your disposition is refreshing.
