Tim was a great communicator during the entire process. He stuck to his timeline and even worked during the holidays to ensure it was completed when he said it would be. Tim and Wyatt were very thorough with their survey. We needed extra points marked and they did that. We were there when they did the survey. Tim at Rutzen Survey Services did an outstanding job surveying a mobile home park that I own in Wisconsin Rapids. I need it done quick and Tim was all other it. He was able to get the survey completed on time and it was alot more thorough than the previous surveys done on this mobile home park. I own a lake front property and was requested by my mortgage company to obtain flood insurance which didn’t make sense because of the elevation so I hired Tim at Lutzen Survey company and have to say he did a wonderful job from start to end. Tim submitted all the necessary forms him self so I didn’t have to do anything but wait and it didn’t take to long for the results to come back, my property was removed or is no longer in flood zone and on top of that it only cost me 1/2 the agreed amount. I would give more stars if I could and recommend his services 100%

When running into some issues, Tim was communicative and thorough in explaining what to expect and how the process worked. His patience and diligence to get the job done the way we wanted/needed to be done is hard to come by from most service providers today. His colleague Chris was extremely helpful in his efforts to help us complete the surveying the way we needed it done. He attended town meetings with us to provide us the support and knowledge to get it done timely and correct. We hope to not need surveying services again in our lifetime but we will recommend him every time.
